Named after the ideal temperature (18 °C) for preserving chocolate’s optimal taste and texture, Feeling18 is a renowned chocolate workshop in Puli that started as a boutique chocolatier. It has since expanded into artisan ice creams, fluffy milk breads, and gourmet baked goods—earning its status as a must-visit destination for dessert connoisseurs.

Perched amidst the highland hills of Cingjing, The Old England Manor is a Tudor-style boutique hotel that feels straight out of a fairytale. Built over nine years by its visionary owner, the estate features Gothic clock towers, period furnishings spanning Rococo to Art Deco, and richly detailed sculptures and décor. Celebrated as a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, it combines European charm with Taiwanese craftsmanship for an unforgettable luxury stay.

Nestled in Cingjing above 1,800 meters elevation, the Small Swiss Garden spans six hectares of idyllic, European-style scenery and natural beauty, earning its nickname "Taiwan’s Little Switzerland." The garden features fairy-tale elements like a lakeside chapel, star-lit lawns, mirror ponds, and European-inspired paths. Visitors can wander through steeple paths and scenic trails by day, and catch the magical fountains-and-light show by night—a serene escape for couples and families alike.

Situated in Ren’ai Township, Nantou County, at roughly 1,750 meters elevation, Cingjing Farm is a beloved high‑mountain retreat in central Taiwan. Precautions

After completing the booking, customer service will inform you of the driver’s contact number and license plate by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your email and messages.

After completing the booking, the driver will proactively contact the traveler by 9:00 PM the day before departure.

Please depart on time as scheduled to avoid delays. If departure is delayed by more than one hour, the itinerary will begin timing from the original scheduled time.

Some attractions in Taiwan may implement sudden traffic controls depending on daily crowd conditions. In such cases, a shuttle transfer may be required at your own expense.

The itinerary listed above is for reference only. Actual routes may be adjusted by the driver based on the day’s traffic, weather, and stop durations in consultation with the traveler.

Taiwan summers are extremely hot. Please bring sun protection, an umbrella, and stay hydrated.

Pets are strictly prohibited on the trip. Violation will result in tour cancellation with no refund.

Refund

If cancellation is made more than 7 days before departure, the company will charge a 10% processing fee.

If cancellation is made within 7 days of departure, 50% of the fee will be refunded to cover the cost of vehicle and driver arrangement.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure, no refund will be provided to cover the cost of vehicle and driver arrangement.

If the trip cannot be completed due to reasons caused by the company:

A full refund will be issued to the customer.

If the customer falls ill on the day of departure (a doctor's note is required), the company will charge a 10% processing fee.
